The City of Miami Beach and Ocean Terrace Holdings are working together to create an activated, pedestrian-focused, public space along the 2-block stretch of Ocean Terrace. It will exchange asphalt for new native trees that will provide shade, walking promenades, water features & numerous public seating areas making it a highly desirable, easily accessible green space. Landscape architect Raymond Jungles and NoBe community members share the positive impact the Streetscape plan will have on NoBe.
